At PolEasy, we value our agent subscribers and are dedicated to providing a seamless and satisfying experience. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions pertaining to refunds and cancellations of subscriptions for our agent-only services. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following policy:

Subscription Refund Policy:

  1. Renewal Subscriptions: For subsequent subscription renewals, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date. No refunds will be provided for renewal payments that have already been processe
  2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued for the unused portion of the subscription period. Once the subscription period has started, no refunds will be provided for the remaining portion of that period.

Subscription Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellation Process: To cancel your subscription, please log in to your PolEasy account and navigate to the subscription settings. Follow the provided instructions to initiate the cancellation. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Support at contact@mypoleasy.com for assistance with the cancellation process.
  2. Immediate Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your subscription during the current subscription period, your access to the agent-only services will be revoked immediately, and no further charges will be applied.
  3. No Partial Refunds: If you choose to cancel your subscription before the end of the current subscription period, you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of the subscription period. You will, however, continue to have access to the agent-only services until the end of the current subscription period.

Exceptions:

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable after the initial trial period has passed.
  • Any incentives, bonuses, or discounts provided during the subscription period will be forfeited upon cancellation.
